per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
The set up/take
down/clean up of the rented facility must occur within the contracted

the use of tables and chairs, a full kitchen with an ice machine, 2 restrooms, a screened in porch, a
picnic pavilion, and dock

This is our most popular
facility for weddings. The auditorium seats up to 200 people
comfortably. The multi-purpose/conference room seats up to 80
people comfortably. There are two break-out rooms with full length
wall mirrors, which are great for the groom & bride to get ready in.
The large, fully
equipped caterer's kitchen has a full size freezer, full size
refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, sink, dish washer, ice machine
and plenty of counter space.

Supercooker
The Supercooker is great for any large cookout or BBQ for a private

responsible for pickup/return of Supercooker. Must have 2" ball to
pull with.
