All Facilities are based on a
6 hour period.
The set up/take
down/clean up of the rented facility must occur within the contracted
rental hours. $50.00 for each additional hour exceeding the 6 hour
rental.

This is one of our most
rented facilities. It can seat up to 80 people, with table and chairs provided,
includes a kitchen, 2 restrooms, a screened in porch, a pavilion, and dock
overlooking a pond (no fishing please) on 4 acres.

ceremonies, concerts, and shows.
